lots of water. Here you will find tips for choosing your
colors, general makeup tips and application tips.
POWDATION COLOR CHOOSING TIPS
Start by looking at the inside of your wrist in natural
sun light, and observing your tone and veins. If your tone
is on the yellow side with green veins then you are a WARM
and should be looking in the W section for your color. If
your tone is on the pink or blue side with blue veins, you
are a COOL and should be looking in the C section for your
color. If your tone is in the middle, then you are most
likely a Neutral and should be looking in the N section
for your color. Note* A lot of ethnic women fall under the
W skin tone.

CW (warm) shades are for people with Yellow undertones.
They have have a golden, yellow, orange or bronze cast to
their skin. You most likely have yellow undertones if your
veins appear more green. A lot of ethnic women fall under
this category.
C (cool) shades are for people with Pink undertones.
They have a pink, beige reddish, or reddish brown cast to
their skin. You most likely have pink undertones if your
veins appear more blue.
N (neutral) shades are for people in the middle.
They cannot be defined as having Yellow or Pink undertones.

CF (cool fair) is for very fair skin that does not tan
but burns easily.
CL (cool light) is for slightly fair skin, a lot of women
with pink undertones fall under the Cool Fair skin and they
are able to tan but not easily.
CLM (cool light-medium) is for obvious beige skin who tans
easily and can burn sometimes.
CM (cool medium) is for medium tan skin with obvious pink
undertones.
CMD (cool medium-dark), is for slightly dark skin with obvious
rich pink to red tones. Ethnic women with reddish brown
skin fit this category.
CD (cool dark) is for dark skin black women with obvious
reddish brown skin tone.
NL (neutral light) is for slightly fair skin with neutral
undertones that is able to tan but not easily.
NLM (neutral light-medium) is for skin shade that has a
slight tan to it and tans easily and burns sometimes.
NM (neutral medium) is for very tan skin with neutral undertone.
It can be used if complexion changes easily from summer
to winter.
ND (neutral dark), is for black skin with neutral undertone.
Great for rich chocolate brown skin.
WF (warm fair) is for fair skin that does not tan but burns
easily.
WL (warm light) is for slightly fair skin tht is not pale
and not tan. This skin tans but not easily.
WLM (warm light-medium) is for skin with a slight tan. The
skin is still light with a hint of color and tans easily.
WM (warm medium) is for skin with a rich tan that has a
rich yellow to soft golden cast to it.
WMD (warm medium dark) is for someone with very tan caucasian
or fair ethnic skin. Their complexion is a rich golden bronze
color that looks tan or tans easily.
WLB (warm light brown) is for a rich golden brown or caramel
complexion. There is a vibrant all day glow to the skin
tone and she can tan but rarely burns.
WB (warm brown) is for true rich chocolate complexion. It
can be used by someone with toasted caramel, to milk chocolate
complexion that rarely tans or burns
WDB (warm dark brown) is very dark ethnic skin with yellow
to golden undertone.

GENERAL MAKEUP TIPS
Blue eyes should try using shades of eye shadow like foxy
brown, terracotta, and soft pink
Brown Eyes should try using shades of eye shadow like royal
blue, golden child and rich gold
Green Eyes should try using shades of eye shadow like French
Lilac, Purple Haze, and Sepia Brown.
Hazel eyes should try shades like Emerald Isle, Golden Child,
and Olive
Dark Brown eyes should try shades like Bronze Smoke, Fair
Coral, and Cream Dream.
APPLICATION TIPS
It is highly recommended but not necessary that you use
our good quality to apply Element5 Makeup. We offer at an affordable cost.
POWDATION
We have found that the best way to apply foundation is by
wetting it first. If you have dry skin wet with a moisturizer
and if you have oily skin add a bit of water.
Dry Application: Peel or puncture holes in the protective
seal on your sifter top. Keep the lid on while you lightly
shake container or tap the side of your container with lid
closed to get some excess powder on top. Using a sponge
or makeup wedge, dab on powder and apply all over your face
in a gentle motion making sure you blend properly, feel
free to use our all over face brush to blend onto skin.
If you choose to use a kabuki brush, swirl kabuki brush
onto powder, tap gently to remove excess. Spread powder
onto skin in a gentle motion and blend, blend, blend. For
blemishes use a makeup wedge to apply more powder as needed.

a spatula, spoon or any desired tool. Put powder in palm
or small jar then add a few drops of your favorite moisturizer
and mix till desired consistency. If you have oily skin
you can substitute the moisturizer for water. Using a makeup
wedge apply makeup over skin, making sure to blend properly.
Feel free to sweep some powder lightly over your face with
a face or kabuki brush.
GLO-BRONZER
Dry Application: Peel or puncture holes in the protective
seal on your sifter top. Keep the lid on while you lightly
shake container or tap the side of your container with lid
closed to get some excess powder on top. Using a sponge
or makeup wedge, dab on powder and apply all over your face
in a gentle motion making sure you blend properly, feel
free to use our all over face brush to blend onto skin.
If you choose to use a kabuki brush, swirl kabuki brush
onto powder, tap gently to remove excess. Spread powder
onto skin in a gentle motion and blend, blend, blend. For
blemishes use a makeup wedge to apply more powder as needed.

VIVA-BLUSH
Using our all over face brush, dip brush lightly into powder,
tap off excess and work your way up from top to bottom.
Feel free to use a lighter color on top for the perfect
highlight. If you choose to apply your blush as a lip color,

VERSATILE COLOR
Our Versatile Colors can be used for almost anything. Keep
in mind items marked with a * are not for use on lips. Versatile
colors can be used as eye shadow, eye liner, lip color,
nail polish, mascara, hair highlighter, body shimmer, bronzer,
blush and more.
Eye shadow: Using our eye shadow brush or sponge
applicator, dip lightly into makeup. Apply makeup over eyelid
as desired. Add a lighter color above as highlighter. Add
as needed for a dramatic look, for a creamy finish wet powder
lightly before use.
Eyeliner: Using our eyeliner brush, dip brush into
makeup and apply under lower and upper lashes. For a more
dramatic look go thicker and for a subtle look apply a thin
layer. Our black, plum, brown, or deep green colors work
best for eyeliners.
Lip Color: Apply a little bit of clear lip gloss
on your lips. Add desired color over lips using our lip
brush and blend properly. Use a slightly darker shade to
line lips. Blend properly. For full lips, muted colors work
best. For thin lips, lighter colors work best.
Nail Polish: Using clear nail polish, dip nail polish
brush into makeup and apply over nails. Reapply for desired
consistency. Wait till color dries and Apply clear polish
over color for additional shine. Polish may also be mixed
in a separate container for larger batches.
Mascara: Using clear mascara, roll applicator into
color, apply over lower and upper eyelashes, two coats should
give you longer beautiful lashes. Apply clear for desired
shine and length. If you get excess mascara on eye lips,
lightly wet a q-tip and trace over eyelid to wipe off excess.
Hair Highlighter: Using some of your favorite hair
gel or lotion, apply a small quantity of Element5 and mix;
apply as streak over hair using fingers or a brush. You
can also use mascara to add streaks into your hair y rolling
some mascara into the color and applying over hair.
Body Shimmer: Using our Kabuki brush, dip into the
desired color and spread a light coating of powder over
desired parts of the body for a beautiful shimmer glow.
